We’re looking for a Property Systems Intern to join us here at BWH Hotels Scandinavia for a period of 12 months.

Our Property Systems Crew supports hotels across Scandinavia in making the most of their PMS, CRS and distribution tools.

This internship offers a great opportunity to explore the technical side of hospitality and understand how hotel systems work together to create a smooth guest experience.

What you’ll do

• Supporting with PMS setup audits and connectivity checks
• Assisting in onboarding new hotels into our system landscape
• Helping hotels with system-related questions and helpdesk cases
• Collaborating with the Property Systems team on ongoing projects and process improvements

Your superpowers

• You have some hands-on experience in hotel front office or reservations work
• You have a keen interest in hospitality systems and digital guest journeys
• You had the chance to work with  Property Management Systems (ideally Opera, Opera Cloud, Hotsoft, or Mews)
• You would describe yourself as a proactive, team-oriented person with a strong attention to detail
• You communicate fluently in Swedish and English
