    The Technology and Digital Solutions department focuses on BWH Hotel's digital transformation by setting the technological roadmap, evaluating and recommending solutions, and ensuring alignment across initiative. We closely work with all other departments to define priorities, identify use cases, and balance our ambition with our resources. Our aim is to set a path toward a "North Star" which uses innovation and technology as a tool for growth.
