8th of April to 31st of May. To apply, submit a personal motivation letter and a short motivation video describing why YOU should be BWH’s next Management Trainee
Selection & intervue process
After a first digital screening interview, selected applicants will be invited to an online test through Alvalabs and a final interview at our office.
Final decision
Final decision is to be made and applicants will be invited to join BWH Management Trainee Program

About the Management Trainee Program
The Basics
Rotate through different departments to build your understanding and knowledge of hotel management.
Hotel Operations
Spend time at a hotel to learn and experience hotel operations.
Core Program
With focus on commercial excellence, you spend an extended time with our Marketing and Sales department.
