Property Systems Support (Parental Leave Replacement)

If you’ve built your career in front office operations and want to learn more about the systems that keep everything running, this is your chance to take that next step.
We are looking for a tech-savvy hospitality professional to join the BWH Hotels Scandinavia team for an 8-month period, starting from February 1st 2026.
You will be joining our Property Systems Team - a dynamic and supportive bunch who help our hotels across Scandinavia make the most out of their systems and connections.
If you’re curious about how PMS, CRS, and distribution channels work together (and those words don’t sound foreign to you!), we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll do
- Take ownership of PMS setup audits to ensure hotels are correctly configured and connected to our CRS
- Support technical onboarding of new hotels joining our portfolio
- Assist hotels with PMS connectivity, setup and CRS management questions
- Contribute to ongoing projects aimed at improving system efficiency & integrations
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth daily operations and reliable system performance
Your superpowers
- You have 2-3 years’ experience in hotel reservations or front office
- You have in-depth knowledge of at least one PMS system:
Opera | Opera Cloud | Hotsoft | Mews | Protel Cloud - You’re a team player with a can-do attitude and a service-oriented mindset
- You’re curious, detail-focused, and love helping others solve challenge
- You are able to communicate fluently in Swedish and English
