As Property Systems Support Specialist you are part of the Technology and Distribution Team based in Stockholm.
As a person you are a creative problem solver, and you have a passion for all types of systems.

Your superpowers
- 2-3 years’ experience in hotel operations / hotel reservations and/front office or booking systems
- In depth knowledge of at least one PMS system: Opera | Opera Cloud, Hotsoft, Suite8 or Mews
- Experience in a helpdesk or customer/guest service environment
- Confident to set up and hold training and webinars for our hotels
- Communicate fluently in Swedish and English
Your tasks as a Property Systems Support Specialist
- Provide day-to-day support to hotels with any questions related to property and distribution systems
- Play a supporting role during the onboarding of a new BWH franchise property or PMS and complete distribution related tasks during the integration phase of a new Hotel/PMS
- Facilitate and hold trainings/webinars and be the hotel’s go-to person during the first months as a BWH franchise property
- Continually observe day-to-day system status and assure BWH hotels are bookable in all BWH systems and booking channels (OTA, GDS, Brand Web, Direct Connects)
- Assists in the development and documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, training materials, and checklists
- Take ownership of assigned products and projects
