AI Enablement Lead | Digital Efficiency
Become our AI Enablement Lead and build a shared AI path from scratch. Coach colleagues, define tools and governance, and drive the adoption journey across the entire company — based in Stockholm.
Hey there!
This is a rare kind of role. You will be the first person to do this job at BWH Hotels Scandinavia, which means no inherited processes and no existing playbook.
If that sounds exciting rather than daunting, keep reading.
We are Scandinavia’s largest collective of family and privately owned hotels, and we are ready to get more out of AI across the whole organisation. Not because it is trendy, but because our people deserve better tools and our organisation deserves to run more efficiently. What we do not have yet is the right person to make that happen. That is where you come in.
If you thrive on building trust with colleagues across all parts of the business, love making complex things simple, and know how to turn individual discoveries into real efficiency gains across the whole organisation, we want you to become our AI Enablement Lead.
As AI Enablement Lead you are part of the Tech Team, reporting directly to the CTO, and based in our Stockholm office.
The role is approximately 60% coaching and enablement and 40% product and strategy.
As a person, you are…
Genuinely curious about how people work. You can sit with someone in Sales or Finance, ask the right questions, and leave them feeling more capable than when you arrived.
You are organised and structured. You know that good intentions do not drive change, but clear plans and consistent follow-through do. You are comfortable being the bridge between a colleague who is not yet convinced about what AI can do for them and a boardroom conversation about our three-year digital roadmap. And, you are excited by the idea of building something from the ground up in an organisation that is ready to move.
What you will own
AI standard-setting & governance
You will define how our organisation works with AI, building on what already exists and taking it further. We currently have no coordinated approach to AI platforms. Individual teams use various tools independently. One of your first priorities will be to audit what exists, evaluate our options (including a potential Microsoft Copilot deployment), and set clear standards for which tools we use, how we use them, and how they connect to our data and security requirements. You will be closely involved in governance and cyber processes related to AI.
Business unit discovery & coaching
You will work directly with each business unit to map their processes, understand pain points, and identify where AI can make a tangible difference. You bring curiosity and a structured approach. You know how to identify, document and map processes before reaching for a solution. Findings are translated into the business plan and AI roadmap. You are also confident to designing and delivering AI upskilling programs and hands-on training sessions for colleagues for all levels.
Product ownership and vendor management
You formally own defined AI product areas within our organisation. This means setting the vision and roadmap, tracking performance, and taking responsibility for outcomes. It also means owning the vendor relationships that sit under those products.
When we evaluate new SaaS AI tools you run a proper structured pilot and not just a vendor demo. You define evaluation criteria, involve the right stakeholders, measure outcomes, and make a clear recommendation. You know the difference between a tool that impresses in a demo and one that actually sticks in daily use.
Digital Ambassador Group
You will establish and lead a Digital Ambassador Group, an internal network of engaged colleagues from each business unit, with a parallel network reaching into our hotels. This group becomes the engine of AI adoption.
International collaboration
AI initiatives do not exist in isolation. You will collaborate closely with BWH International on shared AI programmes and ensure our local efforts align with global direction. You will also work closely with our Data responsible, because meaningful AI starts with good data.
Your superpowers
A natural coach who can train and inspire people with patience and clarity
Strong process mindset and the ability to identify, document and map processes before reaching for a solution
Comfortable with prompt engineering, practical use of generative AI tools (LLMs, automation platforms), and workflow automation
Familiar with the AI and cloud landscape such as Azure AI services, and platforms such as LangChain or Hugging Face are not new to you. You know enough about how these pieces fit together to have a meaningful conversation and spot a good solution.
Enough technical hands-on ability to prototype ideas, validate concepts and lead technical discussions with confidence. You can build a proof of concept and assess feasiblity.
A confident product and project manager with skills in roadmapping, vendor management, business case writing and following through
Change management skills and an understanding that adoption is a people challenge, not just a technology one
Comfortable working across multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time. You thrive in a setup where responsibilities shift as the organisation evolves.
A communicator who translates between business units and technical stakeholders
Fluent in English and a Scandinavian language (Swedish, Norwegian or Danish)
Nice to have
Experience with Microsoft 365 and ideally Microsoft Copilot.
Experience in running a digital ambassador, change agent, or similar internal network.
Experience with the Atlassian project management suite
Curious to be part of an exciting future?
