Freelance UGC / Content Creators – BWH Hotels Scandinavia

About the project

We are looking for three freelance content creators – one based in Sweden, one in Norway, and one in Denmark – to help us bring BWH Hotels Scandinavia to life through authentic, inspiring, and personal storytelling.

This is a short-term freelance project, not a full-time position within BWH Hotels. You’ll work independently but closely with our marketing team to produce genuine, user-generated-style content that showcases the unique charm of our hotels across Scandinavia.

At BWH Hotels, we’re a large and diverse family of hotels, each with its own character and personality. What unites us is our shared belief in genuine hospitality – creating memorable experiences as individual as our guests themselves.

We offer something for everyone: from simple stays to carefully curated hotel experiences. In Scandinavia, we have around 170 hotels across our three brands – Best Western Hotels & Resorts, WorldHotels, and Aiden.

What you’ll do

• Create authentic and engaging social media content (Reels, TikTok, Stories, and photos).

• Capture the guest’s perspective – the atmosphere, details, and human moments that make each hotel unique.

• Provide a mix of ready-to-publish content and raw material for editing and reuse across our channels.

• Work with our team to ensure your content aligns with our brand tone and storytelling.

We’re looking for you who

• Are based in Sweden, Norway, or Denmark.

• Have experience creating engaging social media content.

• Have a good eye for storytelling, light, and authenticity.

• Love discovering local gems, food, experiences & travel  

Practical details

• Project duration: Short-term (specific timeline to be agreed upon), with the possibility to start immediately.

• Deliverables: Short videos, stories, and photo content.
